I've always had a thing for sports, but looking the part?👀 Well, let's just say my love for food was evident.🫢 More than anything, I wanted to be fit, wear clothes that made me feel HOT🔥, and stop those pesky 5 pounds from looking like 15 on me.
So, I’d hustle my way through high-intensity workouts and long-duration cardio, eating less than 1200 calories, yet I’d never really be satisfied with any progress I made.
