Small Steps

Ways to increase your steps without stepping on cardio equipment:

-wear a fitbit, garmin or apple watch regularly (turn the hourly reminders on!)

-go shopping (or window shopping)

-When shopping Park further away from the store entrance

-walk around the block after dinner 

-avoid elevators and escalators, take the stairs

-walk while on the phone  or listen to a podcast

-play with your dog 

-go for a hike
