The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
How fast will I see results?
Everybody is different, and it takes time to figure out how to adapt to the new lifestyle changes you will be implementing. Results are not instant and overnight, and you shouldn't trust anyone who says they are. Having said that, pairing this course with my 12 week signature coaching program will ensure that you are making weekly progress towards your goals.
I'm vegetarian/vegan, paleo, keto, whole30, or (insert other speciality diet here), is this course suitable for me?
Yes, absolutely. Macros and nutrient timing is an approach, not a diet style. Whatever diet protocol you want to follow you can use macros as a metric system to systematically progress.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not happy with the course?
I want you to get what you need out of this course and if you are not happy, I will give partial refund, BUT, in order to receive a refund, you must show me proof that you've implemented all of the steps, and that it did not prove useful. The reason is this: I cannot be held accountable if you aren't willing to put forth the effort. If you put in the work, you will see results. Period.
Are you a registered dietitian?
I am a certified sports nutrition specialist. I do not diagnose or treat diseases and other ailments. I am here to educate and inform and how to manage their macros to transform their bodies and feel amazing.
Can I take this course if I live outside of the US?
Yes, absolutely!
Is it only for females?
The course was specifically made for a female who wants to burn body fat. The macros concepts and strategies outlined in the course will work for males who want to lose body fat however there will be some slight variations for him when it comes to macro ratios. Additionally, the facebook group will be comprised of mostly women so if he feels intimidated by a group of empowered women then this course isn’t for him.
